Windows for ARC Greenhouse

Mark and Marlin are getting briefed on the window requirements.  We're making all the stationary windows with 3 panes of 6mm twin wall polycarbonate.  Paul and Dug and I figured out the functional considerations.  M and M will make it happen and make it pretty.
