CNC Router repair

Wayne has been busy with modifications to our CNC router to make it more accurate. He has fabricated and installed a new y-axis bridge, and also torsion bars to each side support to reduce the amount of lateral and radial play that is allowed. The purpose is to force the router head to move on track and not have erroneous movement.
We are hoping to have it completed and running by March 5th.

  1. Hey - y-axis "bridge" my axe. Looks to me like Wayne is up to his ol' tricks. Keep your eyes on the trunk of his vehicle. Watch for that y-axis to show up at the next company picnic. In the 70's he told his Dad and uncle he was working on a "spoiler" and they believed him. Sure his uncle bought it because he worked for Hormel at the time. Is that a "beverage" in a can cozy at the edge of the table? I knew it. Beer can shelf all over again. Y-axis "bridge" my axe. Don't be fooled.
